1. Shipping Within the United States

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
• Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order.
• Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

2. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use UPS and USPS for delivery. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment or production.
To request a cancellation, please email hello@lockzo.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we begin processing and may not be able to cancel the order.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@lockzo.com, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
